Introducing Myself

Hi I’m Jill Silver.

I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in wildlife biology, and a minor in animal behavior. At university, I began an Oiled Wildlife Rehabilitation program, hosted by Chesapeake Bay Research Center. This program has expanded today, up and down the eastern coastline. Thousands of animals lives have been saved.

I’m a certified pet nutritionist, dog trainer & groomer, and veterinary technician, with experience in eastern and western medicine.

I’ve been training horses, dogs and cats for over 30 years. .

I rehab wildlife, with a specialty in carnivores and omnivores, particularly large cats, and brown bear. I’m certified to safely handle over 75 species of wild animals.

My passion is in bringing animals back to a place of WHOLENESS; both in mind and body.

I am currently focused on dog training and wellness. I specialize in the over-reactive/ or “aggressive” dog, and the fearful dog. I aid shelter and rescue dogs. I also start new pups with obedience and skill training.
